Our commitment to social responsibility was recognized with a Silver Medal in September 2021 by Ecovadis, reflecting our standards in environmental performance, social and human rights, ethics, and responsible procurement.

Sustainable
Operations Infrastructure

Our offices and factories benefit from direct natural light, and 100% of the electricity used at some of our sites comes from renewable sources, fostering a vibrant, energy-efficient environment.
At our Portuguese factory, 466 solar panels have been installed, significantly reducing our reliance on non-renewable energy.

Building Stronger
Communities Together

We actively contribute to both local and global initiatives, including:

  • Grace Portugal – distributes hygiene kits and essential care products to vulnerable populations across Portugal.
  • Fundação Lar Nossa Senhora do Livramento – provides care, shelter, and hygiene support to the elderly and individuals in need in Portugal.
  • Fundação Ronald McDonald Portugal – supports the well-being of hospitalized children and their families by providing hygiene kits and amenities in Ronald McDonald Houses across Portugal.
  • Unisoap – collects and recycles hotel soaps in France, transforming them into new hygiene products for people in need, while promoting inclusion and sustainability.
  • Dons en Nature – redistributes unused non-food products, including hospitality amenities, to charities across France serving people in precarious situations.
  • Fondation Antoine de Saint Exupéry pour la Jeunesse – supports educational, cultural, and humanitarian programs that help empower young people worldwide..
  • Past charity campaigns and collaborations have included initiatives with the Red Cross, Dons Solidaires, Care France, AP-HP, ANAP, and the “Paper for Food” campaign by BACF, as well as sponsorship of various local events.

Advancing Circular
Economy:
Second Life Initiatives

We promote the second life of products through partnerships such as the one with Unisoap in France. This initiative focuses on recycling used soap bars from hotels, giving them a new life and redistributing them to communities in need, particularly in areas with limited access to hygiene resources.

We have established an in-depth recycling charter to guide waste management at our sites.
For example, 75% of our waste was recycled in 2023.
