We are actively working on our cleaning processes to enhance their performance and limit our water consumption. In 2023, we decided to load all our bulk products into liner bags, thereby avoiding the need to clean our IBCs.
Waste management
20 types of waste have been identified at our site and are directed to service providers for recycling. This waste is carefully tracked via a registry and reviewed biannually.
We have implemented waste optimization actions, such as ongoing efforts to recycle personal protective equipment (PPE).
We actively collaborate with stakeholders to develop a circular economy model.
Clean energy
With the installation of 466 solar panels, our Portugal factory can generate energy for self-consumption and shares the surplus with the surrounding community. This project is expected to produce 360 MWh of green energy annually, potentially avoiding the emission of 95 tons of CO2 emissions, equivalent to planting approximately 4,200 trees.
